Plan on it being very wet. This hurricane is supposed to stall once it hits land and stick around for several days. Here, on the western side of it, we're supposed to see SNOWflakes. ICK!!
Hey i live in New Jersey to and im heart broken to say that hurricanne Sandy will ruin halloween!! My best advice to you is to bring a unbrella with you when your trick or treating. im still gonna go...just with a unbrella lol
