Why would Courtney kill Kurt? According to you, Kurt was about to leave her and she couldn't stand for that. She also wanted Kurt's entire estate for herself, and she wouldn't get that much with a divorce.
However, be aware of a little-known fact. Fingerprints are not always found on weapons that are used to commit suicide. It's absolutely true.
Any man who says that Courtney offered him 75k to kill Kurt needs some PROOF to back up what he claims. Why didn't he inform the police? I could say that Courtney offered me a million dollars to kill Kurt Cobain, and what would that prove? Absolutely nothing.
If the autopsy was performed by a trained pathologist? I would trust the findings. If no autopsy was done or was done by an untrained individual? There will always be room for doubt.
If Kurt Cobain was cremated? There is no hope whatsoever that anyone can ever overturn the original verdict in his cause of death.
On your behalf, I read the letter left behind by Kurt Cobain. I read it without the lines that could have been added later, and it did sound like it could have been a suicide note. There's a lot of self-hatred in what he wrote. He talks an awful lot about the guilt he's feeling.
I admit that I don't know everything about why people are saying that Courtney Love killed Kurt Cobain, but on the face of it? It looks like a suicide.
This isn't about why I think she Killed him but I just wanted to say yeah the whole letter was practically just a letter until the very end. If you ask me the ending just didn't sound like Kurt you know? I just didn't sound like something he'd write. If you look at the actual handwritten note there's a smiley face by "Please keep going Courtney" I don't know about you guys but to me putting a smiley face there just didn't seem like something He'd do. Can't we just look at Courtney's handwriting and see if it matches a bit? Yeah the cased was just closed without any actual look into it. Probably everyone thinking "Just another drug junkie committing suicide, nothing special, I mean wouldn't you if you were married to Courtney Love?!" Or something like that. I miss Kurt so much <3
You cover a lot of ground but know very little about the subject. First is the amount of heroin in his system- opiate tolerance is incredibly malleable and your body adapts rapidly to it, a dose that could kill a non addict 10 times over would not even put a half decade long user into a nod. It is well documented that someone with the habit of Kurt could easily still have been functional given his long history of narcotic abuse. Also, people who are using opiates to combat real pain experience less of the intoxicating effects in proportion to the severity of their pain. Kurt was in constant pain from his stomach which he found heroin the only cure for. So given his chronic pain and long history of heroin abuse, his tolerance and ability to function under the influence of the drug would have been tremendous. People claiming he had too much in his system know nothing of the influence of opiates on the body and mind of long term users, they are speculating based only on the effect that amount of the drug would have on a person who had never used heroin before in their life.
The rest of your question is hearsay and ignorant conjecture. People close to the case and the family overwhelmingly believe the suicide. Cobain's own father, a law enforcement professional with contacts in the Seattle PD, never tried to reopen the case. The single private investigator who stirred much of this nonsense up (originally hired by Love, BTW) has been proven to be an incompetent manipulator who has only continued for his own self interests- i.e. PROFIT. The only person to actually claim he was offered money to kill Kobain was a notorious liar who liked to make ridiculous claims for attention.
Well there is one group that believes this ridiculousness- unaware, immature fans who want Kurt to have been perfect and not a tortured, confused and ultimately selfish person who took his own life and left his precious daughter without a father.
Do yourself a favor and actually read instead of using Internet forums and rumors as a source of knowledge. Anyone who has ever done serious investigation, writing and filmmaking about this subject has come to the same conclusion. It was a suicide.
I believe in my total being that Hole Courtney killed Kurt, she couldn't stand to be left, also she was talking about the will the week b4 he died. Also, the finger prints being wiped off, yeah she had someone do the dirty work. He just couldn't stand be with her anymore. That pissed her off so much how could someone leave her????!!!! They should reopen the case and they will find out the truth, she latched on to him to suck him dry. I love you Kurt you are in a beautiful place now.

I don't know that she was the one who killed him, but the death remains suspicious simply due to the fact that there's no way someone could shoot themselves in the head with a shotgun.

u are probably right. she does take a lot of fame out of that event till now. one of the members from guns n roses [i think duff] was with him on a plane before his suicide. only he can answer that, he also wrote about it i think. idk, none of ur business anyway. i also heard courtney's making a movie out of it.

Okay so let's cut the ****. Kurt didn't. Commit suicide. The police declared it a suicide as soon as they saw his body with the shotgun on him and they closed the case. Kurt couldn't have killed himself with all the heroin in him. Also the fingerprints were wiped off ? Could kurt have possibly wiped them off himself after he shot himself ? Haha get real people. Courtney hired someone to do her dirty work. He was about to Leave her and start a better life and she couldn't take that. She would have only got half of his things and money of they had a divorce. But if he died. She gets all. That's why she killed him. Or atleast set it up. A guy names el duce claims she offered him 75k to kill kurt and make it look like a suicide but he refused so she found someone else. Also his "Suicide note" said nothing about him dying. Until the last 5 lines which were written by Courtney love. Why did she do it ?? He is my hero? Why did she have him killed ?
