Who like myself have always thought Amanda Knox was guilty?

I think even the Italian Government was surprised at the corruption and bribery that let Amanda Knox get away with the murder. They are trying to set things right but I don't think Obama has the integrity to honor their legal extradition order for Amanda. When Obama refuses the extradition it will give the rest of the world another justified reason to hate us a little bit more.

"WHO in their right mind finds this amusing other than a sicko"

Have you seen some of the **** posted on youtube? Anyways that doesn't make her guilty.

In fact, all of the evidence presented by the police was circumstantial at best, and hopelessly contaminated at worst. Other parts were just plain stupid. Kersher was murdered in the apartment she shared with Knox. So the police said OBVIOUSLY Knox was the murderer because her fingerprints were on the murder weapon - a kitchen knife from the kitchen. Gee, I bet your fingerprints are all over the knives in your kitchen...does that make you a murderer? Well, it does in Italy!

In a normal court, there wasn't enough evidence to convict Knox - which is why the Italian supreme court overturned the ruling. This doesn't mean she's innocent or that she's not guilty. It just means the case is inconclusive and therefore you can't convict her.

But...apparently in Italy you're allowed to a legal do-over if you don't agree with your own country's highest court - AND you know that whoever loses is going to file appeal after appeal until they get the answer they want. I have to wonder though, how many do-overs are you allowed here? If she's found re-guilty after her re-appeal, can she demand a re-re-trial? Hey, it beats prison!

Don't know all the details, but two things seem undeniable.

1) A person is dead.

2) She and her boyfriend were the only one's feasibly there.

I think she was not guilty and then it was proven in a court. All the prosecutor had was circumstantial. Because she is in the US now, our Government should fight extradition if it comes to that, because you can't be tried twice for one crime.

Unlike you I always thought she was innocent, because the Italian prosecutor that investigated the case had a down on pretty girls who looked innocent.

Me. I knew that being beautiful on the outside mean nothing for what's on the inside. she also looks feminine and soft.JUST goes to show

she looked pretty guilty and definitely looked like she knew a lot more than she was letting on, was there enough evidence to convict, don't know.

She is guilty and I am so happy she isnt getting away with it.

seems your thoughts control your mind. never mind the truth.

let ther be reinvestigation
