Do not know. They say he is in a federal prison but the register number they gave does not locate him nor does a search with his name. The recent SAM Memorandum by Holder is a bogus document --reaches beyond the statute and has no signature. The case appears simulated with multiple fraudulent orders. Defense have not made the required by court rule notice of appearance. Judy Clarke's filings are coming from the public federal defender office and when hand signatures are use even though 3000 miles apart Clarke "signs" with the blue pen used in the public defender office and manages a cursive style just like one of the attorneys from that office.
He is in jail. The wheels of justice turn slowly in the United States. But, they creak along, at a maddeningly slow pace. One would believe our system of justice is feeling every year of our 237 years as a nation.
He's in prison awaiting trail. Apparently his lawyers are planning to pin the blame on his bother and also plan to use an accusation that his brother participated in the killing of three people before.
He is being held at the Federal Medical Center, Devens, Massachuset (just outside Boston). He is in lockdown 23 hours a day. It would not be a fun place...I am sure
