It is a predominantly Muslim country that is run by crooked leaders. Pakistan plays both sides in the war on terror, by trying to placate the United States, which gives Pakistan billions of dollars per day, while trying to also placate the radicalized part of the population, which is highly anti-American and anti-Jewish. The country is generally poor, with a high rate of human trafficking in the sex trade, especially focusing on young girls and women. The country has had a number of natural disasters, which the government cannot control or manage. Pakistanis are generally good people, but are mislead by their leaders and the media. The Pakistani leadership knew that Osama bin Laden was living in a military-style compound before the United States sent in special troops to assassinate him.
As a Pakistani I should say its not an Stone Age Country more....we are Nuclear Powers...we have strongest army....Great Scientists,Engineers,Doctors and much more. We are all over in the world of cricket....Cricket is incomplete without Us....It is only the country which Experience all four weathers an year....we have very good Northern Areas...to be visited....
We are peace lovers...just the world is jealous why are we Nuclear Power...and do many unnecessary things which make a bad image of us....but we in real are good,humble and Peace lovers...Thankx..
It's a place out of the Stone Ages. I never met any Pakistani's I liked, either. Sorry, that is my honest reply, as unkind as it is.
Whilst I have never been there or have any desire to visit, it cannot be so great otherwise why are so many trying to escape?
