Hi! Because of all the medications Sue had to take to get her body ready for the baby (since she was in menopause before), her baby may have down syndrome. They won't know until later on in the pregnancy, but based on the levels, it's a possibility.

It has not said exactly yet. But it hints that it might have down syndrome when Sue hugs Becky and says 'My baby girl will be just like you'. Also her sister has it so it is possible her child might.
