I've been wondering what people would die for. Obviously for love and family but what else?

No motivation in life, too many problems

die for shame(suicide), feeling too depressed or hopeless to go on. Die for a friend, or a neighbor, or a pet. die for a stranger. Die for a country, or a religion, or a political ideology. Die to maintain one's honor, or because living seems to be worse than dying. Soldiers die for one another, as well as the civilians of their country.

Country (mistakenly if the country you reside in hasn't been attacked), depression or a medical condition, misadventure (climbing up a water tower at night), lose of a pet, bad choice in gambling, and maybe being caught with someone else's partner.

The needs of the many, outweigh the needs of the few or the one.
