In most of the world it would be black dating sites catering only to black men or women wanting to date another black person or sites where black people make themselves available for dates with people of any ethnic background, regardless of color. That way, if any person whether white or latino or asian prefers black people to date, they could go to those sites and check them out for dates.
But, in India and other countries where there seems to be an obsession with the color of someone's complexion and a bias against being "dark", I imagine there are sites where darker skinned Indian people can connect with each other for dates. idk but it is probably different, depending on the country!! : /
