Kolkata is called - City of Joy - that does not mean there is no Sorrow or Defeat in Kolkata!
Madurai is called City of Temple - this does not mean no other cities have any Temple.
Bangaloe used to called as "Air - Conditioned city - but that does mean no one Buys AC in Bangalore.
