Having seen a documentary on him, I'm not convinced he's the dangerous criminal he's been made out to be. I think he should be at least moved to an open prison in preparation for release. Apparently he's an artist, and his paintings are sold to make money for charities. 36 years is a long time in prison, and i don't believe he's a danger anymore, so i don't think anyone has to fear him. He needs to adapt to life outside prison, and an open prison would help him do that.

for those of you who do not know this guy please look him up he also been in every prison in uk caused the UK goverment millions of pounds in damages in every prison even got sent to mental hospitals not even them could keep him in tact. now he keeped in HULL PRISON IN A CELL HIMSELF HE IS NOT ALLOWED TO MIX WITH OTHER PRISONERS

He's too unstable to be released without a lot of preparation. I think he should be assessed for transfer to a secure psychiatric unit, prison is clearly not doing him any good.

Ok,imagine he is being released tomorrow,he is coming to live next to you,happy? The man could not live outside prison now,he will die in there.

No way should he ever be released. He is still a danger to the public.

maybe, though hes his own worst enemy, he needs psychiatric treatment.

He has been in prison for 36 and a bit yrs now sure hes a little bit nuts but who would not be being locked up in a cell all on himself he was done with armed robbery in a post office he only got away with 26 pounds GBP not alot of money.

He has never raped , killed, shot anybody he spent 63 days out of prison and he got released afain in 1992 59 days b4 getting sent back again. Books has been written about him, even films. He is classed as the most dangerous criminal in UK. He even loves his country he even kipnapped 4 - 5 terriost in his prison and held em all hostage he did not harm them he got them to tickle his feet lol and do things for him. funny i know he is a but of a nutter .
