My friend committed credit card fraud?

You should turn him in. If you have any details about the card, include them in your report.

If you ask the police not to tell who turned him in, they should comply. Once they know who he is, evidence will not be hard to find, and you should not even need to testify. In fact, your testimony might not even be useful in court.

It is better for this fellow to be caught now, when he is 15, than to get away with it and become a hardened criminal adult.

He is not your friend. If he finds out and threatens you or beats you up, turn him in for that too.

You could be an accessory after the fact, especially if you are using any of the "stuff" with him. Find a new friend.

Your choice of friends is already leading to into murky criminal behavior. Your area might have an anonymous line to report crimes. If not:

Will he be caught? Probably not.

Should you turn him in? Yes. By him telling you about his crime, you're now an accomplice and could be punished for not turning him in. Tell him this and see if he'll turn himself in, if not, well, unfortunately you don't have a choice.

You never inform on a friend. His crimes are his....none of your business. Did someone appoint 'you' the police? It's their job the police to catch him, not yours.

No just mind your business

Your friend is going to jail.

Your friend should not be your friend.

Anyone who threatens to beat you up is "NO" your friend.

I have 15 year old friend who committed credit card fraud. We are both in high school and my freliend really wanted marijuana paraphenalia and he stole someone's credit card. He spent over 2000 dollars so I know that's gran theft. He used all these proxy's and such so I guess my question is will he be caught? Also, should I turn him in? He said he would beat me up if I told anyone.
