Not real at all.
It was revealed a while back Most Haunted was rigged & a viewer rating orientated hoax.
Minute that was reported, the programs faithful fans screamed foul-play & the makers said the hoax was a hoax.
People believe what they want to believe.
Personally I think the program is a fraud.
There's no such thing as ghosts.
I am sending you a link to an article on the "Most Haunted" show so the asker and members are put in the picture. Of course there is no such thing as "Hauntings" although I grant some things can seem unexplained but usually have a human cause. It does show a combination of real shots and some that are suspected fake shots,but as long as its good entertainment.!
James Randi would probably dismiss them all as entertainment. A really odd example of Psychics can be seen in Jon Ronson's video about Pentagon distance viewers. He asked one American woman what the letter he was holding contained information about. 'I am getting pain in the side of my head and the colour brown' said the woman. Jon Ronson's letter was about a CIA man who had fell out of a window in a botched LSD experiment. However ............ when the CIA Guy was exhumed for an autopsy, his coffin was brown inside. And when his remains were examined he was found to have been struck on the side of his head before his fall from the window.
Paranormal phenomenon does exist, (not everyone believes in it, but it's scientifically proven.) but shows like Most Haunted do dramatise it alot.
ghost etc exsit but on Most Haunted - they never see anything who throws things etc (its always out of frame) so id say its dramaisted a LOT
