Kony 2012 cancellation?

You do know Kony is dead right?

You can return it without opening it. Surely they will eventually realize you had cancelled it. If you open it then you have to repack it and pay for postage too in order to return it. At least that's the way it is here in the US. So my guess is that it's probably the same there.

The idea that Kony is dead is not true. He is working in South Sudan and Central African Republic now. He has an army of a few hundred. Read this:

Why did you invest in this in the first place? I don't want to get into a debate here but I think the world has much bigger problems to deal with then a guy who HAD an army of children and is now in hiding.

Unfortunately, most conmen don't run a customer service department and don't give refunds.

If you used a credit card you can try talking to them about doing a chargeback but that may not work either.

Refuse the order.

I have been trying to contact Kony 2012 customer service for atleast three weeks now in an attempt to cancel my order, I have had no replies after emailing to two diffrent emails and filling out there customer service form at least ten times. I assumed that they must have cancelled my order nad that the refund was being processed, but this morning i received an email saying my order had been shipped! I live in Australia and i don't feel i should be held responsible and have to pay to return it to them as it is not my fault! what should i do?
