Under the Tories or UKIP I would say undoubtedly.
This is not just a Left Right issue, it is one we all need to stand together and fight.
Yes the NHS is becoming privatised. Private ambulances have been in operation for a while, and they are paid for by the NHS Trust.You may find departments do the same job but change names. In truth it shouldn't really effect the 'customer'. I have heard rumours the company Virgin are the forerunners to buy it out/take over the privatisation.
The Tories believe in resurrecting a feudalism where the poor serve the rich and all their activity is solely geared towards the enrichment of the rich. Its as simple as that and everything else is rhetoric and fiction.
This however is totally understandable. Tories are criminals and its in their nature to seek to benefit at the expense of others as is what the essence of crime is.
The problem is actually mainly with the self hating, mentally sick vermin (Tory, UKIP and even New Labour voters) who vote and support the criminals' ideology. This genetic garbage have no right to life should be systematically liquidated.
The NHS will be privatized.
I remember reading a book by a man named Le Strange who was very critical of N.H.S facilities,technology,time,bed space being used by N.H.S consultants who used these to deal with their private patients for example B.U.P.A,then it was a sneaking form of privatisation yet the public were unaware of it and than was,shock 30 years ago,this creeping privatisation is nothing new and a disgrace to all past governments.
As long as universal healthcare is guaranteed free at the point of delivery, which i absolutely agree with, what does it matter how it is funded............
Without exception the private sector always delivers better, cheaper, more efficient and innovative services........always!
Anyone who says otherwise is living in left wing delusion..........!

Is the nhs slowly being privatised?
i asked a question just before over a worrying report on the state of our nhs hospitals in the uk, and a user said that the nhs is slowly being privatized ?
i found that extremely worrying as a person who uses the nhs, what does anyone think? will it ever get to that stage ,the nhs being privatized ?
i worry what people like me and others who rely on the nhs will do ?
