if 9/11 happened like we are expected to believe, one of two situations took place:
A. some contingent within the US Government was involved.
B. a handful of amateur pilots successfully duped the entire US Defense System with box cutters.
If either option is accurate, we won't be able to stop a repeat attack.
1: If there hadn't been 9/11, the WTC would still be standing. There would be no "Freedom Towers".
2: If there hadn't been 9/11, we would still be vulnerable to a "use the plane as a missile" type terrorist attack. Remember, prior to 9/11, nothing like that had ever happened. Hijacked aircraft were usually used as bargaining chips to get governments to release other prisoners, or used to fly escaping terrorists to another country. As a result, the official training for dealing with a hijacker was "Stay calm, do what he says."
Seriously, if you went back in time to 9/10/2001 and tried telling anyone what was going to happen tomorrow, they'd think you were insane.
Could there be another 9/11 type attack? Frankly, no. First of all, all cockpits now have steel locking doors. Terrorists aren't even going to be able to get into the cockpit,and so will be prevented from taking over the plane. Furthermore, any idiot stupid enough to try hijacking a plane is suddenly going to be confronted by a plane full of angry passengers who are going to take out their pent-up frustrations over 9/11 and being groped by the TSA. The hijacker(s) better hope the Air Marshal gets to them before the passengers finish stomping the idiot(s) to death.

Have you really put much thought behind this question I do not think so .I hope it does not happen again any where in the world but I do know there is always something as there will never be Peace.
Your thought process is a little odd to me a mere Englishman,but . America must do all to ensure there isnt amother plot,and if there is that the national defence is good enough to scupper it.
Well there was recently a plot foiled to blow up the federal reserve building in NYC. Does that count?

Just a thought...
If 9/11 happened, wouldn't there be another plot against the Freedom Towers? I know the building is bomb-proof but this wouldn't stop another plane from going through it.
