Based on his manifesto he isn't going to run away. He's looking to go out with a bang, and take out as many cops with him as possible.
And even if he does try to surrender...the cops will just shoot him anyways and claim he committed suicide or was resisting arrest.
I think he is in a good hidding place drinking and enjoying his last days. He knows he is wanted dead and his days are counted if he comes out of his hidding place. If he comes out it is to kill a couple more cops but for that he has to be very extremely strategic because they are on d watch out. Then again he is probably in a nother country by now. If he is in another country he will probably grow out hair, lose a lot of weight and learn a new language and start a new life hoping he never gets caught.
I think he intends to end by dying violently. Perhaps he has already killed himself. It seems a little odd that he hasn't attempted any more murders since then. He seems pretty impulsive, so I think it would be hard for him to stay out of sight for so long. But you never know.
If he is alive, I think he will come out of hiding to kill again; then he will be killed or kill himself. I do not expect him to surrender.
But you never know.
If he (Dorner) doesn't pop up again within a week, then maybe he's already dead by his own hand. It depends how much foreplanning he put into this. With pre-positioned supplies, he could elude capture for weeks.
I think I spelled his last name wrong, but...whatever..how do you think this will end? If he turns himself in he KNOWS he will get the death penalty or life in prison (I think it would be the death penalty) now that he has a one million dollar tag on his head, he is going to be hunted...he gets cornered he will take his life, I thought the LAPD would tell him they made a mistake come back to work, he may be crazy, but don't think he is crazy enough to fall for that, can't see him getting out of the country, don't know if he can "live" deep in the woods, what do you guys think?
