Obama had in my opinion. He is truly for the middle class.
Mitt Romney -- Obama said he would lower the deficit - instead he added a trillion per year as president! Obama criticized Romney for being in favor of tax incentives/credits for our domestic energy companies i.e. oil/gas companies. But tax incentives help the oil/gas companies to hire & not fire employees.
And if Obama is so against tax incentives which were in place before and all during his presidency, why didn't HE get rid of them??? Especially in the first two years of his presidency when the entire Congress was majority democrat - and he could have pushed anything through?? And why did Obama give 5 times the amount of tax incentives/credits (90 BILLION) to green companies which most have gone out of business when government billions ran out? Windmills are nice but they don't produce enough energy to make a dent in our consumption, and are far too expensive to operate for the amount of energy they produce, so we continue to purchase oil/gas from the Arab countries! Let's closely regulate the oil/gas/clean coal for environmental protection and let them develop so we can be energy self sufficient with our own natural resources!
I'm voting Romney! This all came out in the debate and I hope people will consider giving Romney a chance. The best paying jobs in my state are oil and gas and this industry can produce thousands of additional good-paying jobs here in the U.S., instead of buying energy from foreign countries.
Debates are more about style than substance.
So this is why Romney won. However if you listened to what he said, his economic policy is going to bankrupt just about every state, not to mention obliterate student grant and loan programs, and essentially take away millions of seniors' Medicare coverage.
Expect more responses from the Obama camp on this in the coming weeks.

It is safe to say that Romney clearly "undressed" Obama.
The last 4 years have not been a "defendable position",
wouldn't ya say ? What to do ?? Blame someone else, of course.
(That is getting very old).....
Romney did, however Obama still has stronger talking points and can use them.
