Did Zimmerman always use good judgement that night... Probably not. But nothing he did was illegal. It's NOT ZImmerman's responsibility to prove he is innocent. It's the prosecution's responsibility to prove BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT that Zimmerman is guilty. So far, they haven't even come close to meeting that standard. The case should be dropped on it's merits.
I think he's guilty, but I'm not sure whether guilty of murder 2, manslaughter, or some other grade of unlawful killing in US law. I'm in the UK, so don't know what all the legal options and definitions are in the US.
I'm sure we all hope the judge will clarify all these legal issues in the closing comments before the jury goes out to decide.

I think that he is with the scientific evidence. There was no evidence of blood on Trayvon's hands nor fingernails. GZ said he was supposedly beat up by Trayvon, but how is that possible when there is no trace of blood on him? Anyway, I think that Trayvon was defending himself from being shot since he did try to grab the gun since he felt threatened he was going to get shot. I'm sure if someone pulled a gun on you, you would want to take the gun away if possible. He killed the kid when he wasn't really a threat in the first place.
