Yes, his 11 year old stepson died in the hospital from a water skiing accident. They took him off life support, so he died.
It wasn't his kid, he was the child of his ex wife from a pervious marriage. He was recently pulled off of life support (he was declared brain dead). The child was hit while inner tubing on a crowded lake/river.
He got hit by a jetski.
