There are a number of fast food restaurants in countries around the world, KFC is one, McDonald's, as well as others.. In Canada we have most of the American chains like TGI Fridays, Olive Garden, and Denny's.
Aside from the fast food chains? There's American-style grill houses in my country.. Can't really think of anything else. American cuisine is not that different from Western Euro food (steak, ribs, whatever with fries are just as native here as in the US, same with apple pies & chocolate cake).
Many US chains exist outside the US.
In addition there are generic "American style" restaurants in many countries as well.

Here in the USA we have Mexican, Italian, Asian, Indian style restaurants. Are there American food restaurants in Europe? McDonald's doesn't count.
