I would say he's innocent there is not enough evidence proving that he did indeed commit any crime (well, at least that one). I have watched a lot of the Boston booming hoax videos and I do believe a small portion of them. I do believe the boston boomings did happen but I don't believe the Tsarnaev brothers were a part of it. I believe like their mother said they were framed by the FBI. Dzhokhar said it him self in a facebook post. Don't believe me? Look for it for your selves. I am not a conspiracy theorist but The story just doesn't add up to me. Mostly because an eyewitness posted a video of Dzhokhar's brother getting pushed into a police car when Police say he was dead at the scene and also because on the night they found Dzhokhar they shot him twice, He had a "throat wound" And there is video of him walking with a throat wound? I'm no expert but i'm pretty sure if someone got shot ANYWHERE around your neck or back area you would be at least shortly unstable to walk. So i think it's all a set up. Also the boom was a drill many eyewitnesses testify to that. So the FBI probably just wanted to take them down. So they can have more control over the citizen's of america. On the day searching for Dzhokhar they totally took away the 4th right. Also while all the attention was the kid they passed a new law on gun control.
I am going to say this, that this country is corrupt and needs to point the finger at Islam, and Russia. I cannot say it was or wasn't an inside job, but it could have been. It could have been to see if people would give up their rights (which they did), it could have been to test how the people would hold up in a big attack, it could have been anything with the government. Then again, it could have just been two people who were mad at the world.
I think in two ways;
1. It could have very well have been the government
2. Older brother talked younger brother to take part (& if this is the case, than I think that he does need a punishment; not death, but he needs to take responsibility for actions that he on his own part agreed to take part in & be sent back to Russia.)

yes i think 100% that dzhokhar should be free...even if he had a part in it its clear it was tamerlan that led him down that road tamerlan didn't have a job or anything dzhokhar had college and his whole life to go all he had here was his older brother that he had looked up to forever his parents left them here so im sure he was like a father figure to him so of course hes going to help him if he asks theres a thing called family devotion..think back to when you were 19 im sure you did some stupid things..i don't think he hated america at all he was doing what he was told to do come on tamerlan had to be controlling his wife didnt even claim his body that should tell you something just like fbi saying dzhokhar shot himself in the throat in suicide attempt in boat when cops were closing in hello he didn't have any gun with him in the boat nothing they shot him because they didn't want him talking they had already killed tamerlan now they had to find a way to shut him up too so they shot him. i know im probably the only one but i think he should be set free imagine how he feels he is totally alone in a prison hospital with no family around if i could i would go and just hold him in my arms and let him know he isn't alone and even though ive never met him i love him and that everything will be ok....stay strong dzhokhar some people support you and love you!!!

According to our laws he is innocent until proven guilty. Give him his day in court. If he is acquitted then let him go free. Unfortunately no matter what anyone wants or thinks this man will not be set free.

I have heard no one say he should be free. I have heard people say that he deserves a fair trial where all the facts of his participation, brain washing and mental state should be taken into consideration. He'll still be in prison for a long time. He will probably be murdered in prison unless he remains in PC.
Look, I do not consider myself one of those "teeny boppers" who only believe that Jahar should be freed because of his looks. I honestly believe that the guy is innocent for one main reason: THERE HAS BEEN NO ACTUAL EVIDENCE!! I have not seen this "so called" video of him dropping the bag nor have I seen any photos of this. I have seen both guys WALKING with their bags and one of them leaving with it. The oldest one I did not see leave, period.

Well, they lied about him being armed in the boat and saying that he had attempted to kill himself after running over his brother when numerous eye witnesses beg to differ. Not to mention, he was UNARMED and when he was discovered by the boat owner he was not acting out in any way. He also got off the boat at his own free will, only later to be beaten nearly to his grave from the police who lied about his brother as well! Clearly, there is a video showing his brother walking naked with the police.
They also deny having any sort of drill when it had been posted on twitter and the list goes on and on. There's videos of the cops shooting at the guys and not once do you hear any explosives. You hear Jahar yelling "We didn't do it," I dont really think he was saying chill out, chill out, but definitiely "I didn't do it," annndd the variety store owner stated that they did not steal from the store, it was someone else. NO. I've been thinking about it before I saw your question. In order for him to see his errors, he's going
to have to have some type of punishment. He is an American citizen and if we just kicked him out for him to go back to Chechen, they will cheer and turn him into a HERO. I'd love to say for him to go back to where he came from. Actually, it's sad that his older brother talked him into something-- and yes, he was talked to into it and the evidence is when they shot his brother, he was so scared and confused that he actually ran over his brother, or so they say. If one of us went to his birth country, and did something as horrible as what he and his brother did; the citizens, would probably "execute" on the spot. It's only my opinion though.
