Did Michael Brown deserve it?

Yes and no, No one deserves to die that way. But, if you threaten a cop you are asking for trouble. I can somewhat understand why the cop was scared. The whole "Brown was an innocent angel" thing is a myth. Brown was far from an innocent angel. He tried to rob someone earlier that day. I'm not racist or conservative. I'd think the same way regardless of his race.

Honestly, we'll never know.

The cops and forensics team botched the investigation, and therefore failed to collect many of the required data to make a proper report.

The witnesses have been discredited, leaving the cop to tell his own version of the story. That alone should be raising alarms in your head...

@nemesis - The cop DID have a taser. He was sitting on it, because he was in his car. Made of steel. Yet the cop claims he was in mortal danger from Brown who was 30 feet away.

@jack - I was unaware that petty theft was a crime punishable on the spot. I was also unaware that we live in the world of Judge Dredd where cops are allowed to act as judge and executioner.

No One Deserves to die but because of his actions police had to use force, but apparently the cops might have gone a little overboard on this one, a shot the leg/knee is enough

He deserved jail, he deserved to be stopped, most likely he deserved to be shot, but not shot 6 times like a dog.

Deserve it; no! But he did creates the situation that lead to his death. He robbed a store clerk which brought out law enforcement. He then attacked a a police officer and attempted to take his gun. The officer had no choice but to shoot to defend himself and others.

If you try to DISARM a police officer - take his gun away and put his life at risk - you deserve WHATEVER the repercussions are.

One MIGHT still wonder why the police officer was not armed with a Taser - taking Brown down without

killing him.

???

What part of wrestling a cop for his gun through the window of the Police 4x4 is 'complying with the arresting Officer'? If you resist arrest, you lay yourself open to LETHAL FORCE, and that is the end of the argument.

Boy must have really really wanted those cigarillos.

Yes. He did in my opinion. Robbing a store. Trying to take a gun. He deserved it
