Just go to the police with any evidence you have (print-out emails and screen-shots).
There is no reason why your grandparents should find out. Explain your situation and tell them that you are happy to attend a police station but you would prefer if no police visited you at home.
call the cops
Don't just threaten, you drongo. Actually do it. These scum will just target someone else if you don't!

I'm 17 years old and a female. Someone photoshopped a picture and put my necklace I wear everyday in it and everyone thinks it's me. I talk to people online but i've never ever given out my info. I mean, i'm really smart with online things. I've only given people a nickname of mine and that's it. I got a message on tumblr saying stuff like saying where I live...just state and city and my OLD school and my real name. They said if I don't send them nudes they will do something with that photoshopped picture. and they know it's photoshopped. it's really hard to tell though. You can but only if you know about photoshop. I sent them back a message telling them that I know a lot of cops in my county (which i do, my grandfather was a cop for about 10 years). I know the chief well. I told them that. I also said I'm not afraid to call the cops if they do anything and it's their choice to either keep trying to blackmail me and get arrested/charged or to not and be able to do as they wish. Do you think that's good? What else should I do? Anything? I know if anything happens i'm telling the cops. Is there anyway I can tell the cops and not let my grandma and dad know? (who i live with). I don't want them knowing. They already treat me bad enough and this would make it worse? If not it's fine I guess but i'd rather them not know.
