No, they aren't tearing down the school. For one thing, the investigation is still going and will take at least a month to complete.
WILL they tear down the school? I don't know. Columbine was not torn down. Virgina Tech was not torn down but then, both of these schools handle older students - not little kids. However, I don't think they will anyways.
Right now the media is in over-reactive mode. They're so eager to be the first to report any little detail that they're publishing a bunch of speculation and rumor which the other networks are reporting as "fact". In short, don't believe 90% of the "information" they're reporting. Chances are, it's wrong.

It would not be the first time where a scene of a massacre in the US where the place was later torn down.
In 1984, in Stockton California, some guy slaughtered a bunch of people at a local McDonalds. It was later torn down & a park put in place.
On a smaller scale, the house where Nicole Simpson & Ronald Goldman were murdered in 1994 is no longer standing.
there is not definite plan yet. there has been talk that they will remodel the school, or tear it down and build in a different location. but there is no stated decision yet. for now, the students will be relocated to an abandoned school building a few miles down the road. there is even talk that the students will stay there for the remainder of the year.
No, they haven't stated that yet. The school is under investigation and it will be close for a long time. Its possible that the school will not open ever again. It would be scary to go to a school where people were killed.
I work at a nursing home and one of the residents said she "Seen" on the news that they are going to tear down the school. Is this true? If so what are they going to do? I'm thinking biulding a new school and putting more secuirty in it.
