We dont have the teachers side of it, so is this true??? cant say for sure - but if what you are saying is true then its just in bad taste to conduct something like that. There is absolutely no point to it. The teacher should use educational 9/11 videos, news footage, or have a speaker come into the class to discuss the topic. A re-enactment of 9/11 is inappropriate and unnecessary, whats next a re-enactment of the Holocaust? Its pointless right. Tell your parents first and if they dont call the school administration about this, take as many of your classmates as you can get and march right into the admin office and tell them. Does most everyone in your class feel the same? If so flat out refuse to partake. If the teacher has no students to participate in the re-enactment, then there will be no
re-enactment.
Question the teacher about what is the purpose of this assignment because you don't see a benefit. If that doesn't do it, ask the principal.
If that still doesn't do it, ask your parents and the local TV News station....
phone a local newspaper and tell a reporter. It's what I did regarding a musical version of Fred & Rose West that was being forced.
