The South Tower was hit lower, and harder than the North Tower. That is why the South Tower collapsed sooner even though it was hit later. The North Tower though still had several million tons of weight being supported by a heavily damaged structure being comprimised futher over time by raging fire. It's collapse was inevitable.

The south tower collapsed becuz the plane hit the corner of the building making it tilt more and more and obviously collapsed onto its self. The north tower was hit in the middle, hitting the main core of the building which was partially destroyed, what remained of the core made that top part of the building still stand until the weight was too much cuzing it to sink into itself and collapse. the antenna fell down first which explains that the core gave away.
If the plane that hit the south tower, hit it in the middle like in the north tower, both of them would have still stood for much more time, but they both hit the weak spots of the towers, just like if your walking and somebody aims at your feet, your entire self is gonna fall to the ground becuz your legs and feet are what make you stand and without them you would fall immidietly. the same with the towers. ( but in their impact zones )
if that plane hit the roof of the north tower, the antenna would fall and anything on the roof, and the building would still stand becuz their is no building weight above it. since it got it lower, 10-15 floors push down since the hole was wide enought to make to collapse in 1 hour or so.

Not all the way. The airplane took out floors 93-99. Since the plane had recently taken off, it was full of jet fuel, which burns hotter than regular auto gasoline. That fuel fell down an elevator shaft and caused explosions on floors 77, 22, and ground level. When floors 100-110 collapsed down, it took out the weakened structure below 93.

For the record, Larry Silverstein recieved around $4.9 billion in insurance claims which could only be used to rebuild on the same site. That he has done, at a cost of aroun $9 billion. If this was an insurance scam, it was the worst in all of human history.
This "theory" also does nothing to explain Flight 77 or 93.

Both towers collapsed so that 'Lucky' Larry Silverstein and his cronies (Frank Lowy etc) could collect the massive insurance payout. Just by an incredible stroke of luck the buildings had been insured against 'Terr0rist Attack' a few months previously.
It also was another move in the Zi0nist plan for world domination (wars in the Middle East, more dead Christians and MusIims etc).

From what I saw, the South Tower was hit much lower than the North. As weird as the collapse of the South Tower appeared, what excuse did the North Tower have to collapse? It was hit all the way at the top!
