This is all according to my parents, I was not in New York, I was in my current city of Southlake, a nice suburb of Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. : I was 3 years old at the time and I had come down with a cold. My mother decided to stay home with me and my father went to work that day at his office. My mom was fixing breakfast and I was playing around in the living room. After breakfast was fixed, my mom noticed I did not have anymore cold medicine, so we went to the local Walgreen's. While at Walgreen's, my mother's phone rang. It was my father. He said that a plane had crashed into the Twin Towers. He first said it was an accident, and that emergency services were on their way, but it was horrible. After talking for about 15 about party plans we had for my birthday which was later that month, my dad stopped in the middle of his sentence. He said another plane crashed into the South Tower. He said that the news claimed we were being attacked, and that we need to get home right away and that he loved us so much and he would try to leave his office for safety and just work from home that day. My mom and I got home and later my dad got home. By now, the attacks unfolded in front of all of our eyes on the TV
