No, because Pakistan will launch them back and both countries will be toast. I suppose if a few more Indians survive and claim the now barren nuclear wasteland that is Pakistan it will be all worth it... Not. Nuclear weapons are no longer an option for tactical warfare, this fight needs to be fought with culture. If Indians want to reclaim the Punjab and Kashmir regions they are going to need to encourage Hindu nationalist settlers to emigrate and protect their communities, the fight for this region can only be won with culture. A war wouldn't solve anything it would just cripple both countries economy and force them into bankruptcy at which point China will sweep in dumping dollars on the market like a chimp with diarrhea and buy every Indian and Pakistani industry and then both countries would just be puppets to Chinese foreign dictates. Both countries think they can use China against one another but this is not the case, if China does pick a side to back, China is going to want bases and industry within that country that would counter any national sovereignty the other country is going to get. Remember the words of Phaedrus "An alliance with the powerful is never to be trusted".
