This show is almost 50 and has lasted through many characters leaving and Nick was never what I would call a key actor as he was never been on for more than a few years in a row. Sami on the other hand... that is a hard loss but I think Days will overcome; it always has before.

Edit: Oh, and Kristen is coming back for summer but it will probably be the last time we see her.

With Sami and EJ going things will not be the same ..... there are a few sl's that are a pain in the azz and boring ..... I think Days is on shaky grounds no matter how long it has been on the air.

How long can we watch Sonny and Will? Jen and Daniel? and with Sami going who will Nicole fight with? probably Kate?

I hope so I love the show. I thought Kristen was coming back. If the writers would keep inventing new S/L's

I think the show will go on. I miss Bo Brady the most. Also Steve "Patch" Johnson.

They're losing so many key actors, Sami and EJ, Nick. Eileen Davidson won't be back, she's signed a new deal with Y&R.

Jennifer and Marlena may be pretty... but they've never been very good actors. Sorry to fans.
