And it never hurts to let you're emotion out, building it up never helps/works.... Just Cry, and I'm pretty sure you're Parents and Friends would understand, I mean c'mon you're loved relative passed
Just be strong, and remember it never hurts to shed a tear for one you love.!
Best of Luck to you :)
Crying is part of the grieving process and you should not be ashamed of it. You were close to your grandma and she would have loved that. Even the hardest person in the world will shed a tear when they lose a loved one. People would find it strange if you DID NOT cry. Think of the happy times you had with her.
You deal with it as best you can. Dealing with the loss of a loved one is never easy. We each deal with our loss differently. Logically, if you lose a loved one suddenly or your loved one is in hospice, you can go through the steps of making arrangements that you need to, all the while your head and heart will do battle with one another. If you need to cry, so what............
Know that in the end we all go to the same place an will see our loved ones again.
Dieing is just a part of life it happens when we get too old and in too much pain it happens for the better of us
go to your family and also your friends for understanding ~they will always be there for you
just cry
My grandma died last year around this time, it was devastating, I was close to her. At her funeral I couldn't look at her without crying. I tried to control it as much as I could. My other grandma who lives only 2 minutes away from my house is getting older. I'm very nervous about her passing away in the future because I will break down even more than the last death. It will be bad and I will be crying almost all the time and I hate to have all my friends and family see me crying. I need to prepare myself. She is sorta healthy at the moment and she will live a lot more but who knows any time she could just turn sick. Help
