Why was Trayvon Martin so famous when he died?

I love your question because it's true. Now i think this was done because of racism but

why do they only show white people killing black people? I never see a report on a black person killing a white person (even though it happens allot). When Rodney king was beat by the cops a white truck driver was beat almost to death by about 2 - 3 black people but that wasn't on the news. Nope only when blacks get beat is when racism starts.

The media uses news events to manipulate public opinion and political elections. The media has a political agenda to control the minds of the public. The media chooses if they want to report the story as a racist story or not.

In my area, 6 people was shot to death, but it didn't make national news because the the shooters and victims were African American.

And in the 1990's we had a shooting of a white women, that was blamed on a black man, but it was actually the white husband that killed the women. There was a lot of racism against blacks, until the true came out that the white husand killed her.

The story was so prominent, because the Police literally said, 'we're not gonna investigate'. That was the racism in this story.

If a black guy kills a white guy, and the Police say: 'We're not gonna investigate', you get the exact same media storm.

But you can kinda guess, that that's unlikely to ever happen(which is why the racism was very obvious in this case).

So it isn't 'suddenly racism', it was OLD SCHOOL racism, where the police weren't willing to do anything to figure out what actually happened, because the victim was the wrong color.

Let's see, white guy shoots unarmed black teen over the premise that the kid looked "suspicious". Despite being told by law enforcement not to follow the teen, white guy does it anyway. Then white guy tries to make himself look like a victim.

I don't know about you, but that all sounds awfully suspicious. Also, it took months for this story to reach your television.

Because he was an unarmed young man who will never be able to live up to his potential now that he has been murdered by Zimmerman.

I really don't believe race had anything to do with it.

his mama raised hell, the media pushed it , and the president jumped on the band wagon

Was Trayvon Martin famous while he was alive or something? Why do they say it was racism? When a black guy kills a white guy, it's just a regular day unless the white guy's famous. Alot of people just say "Ehh, it's totally normal." So now, when a white guy kills a black guy, it's suddenly racism? Is that why, or is it just me?
