Who remembers what happened to Iraq's WMDs?

This report by NY Times reveals the post Iraqi War discovery of WMD's in Iraq and the exposure of many US soldiers. http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2014/...

After the war, US troops found several burial sites and storage sites for WMD's manufactured before 1991. The total of artillery rounds or rockets filled with Mustard and Sarin Gas is over 5,000. The soldiers tasked with disposal of these weapons were not told they contained Chemical Weapons and suffered Chemical Wounds.

Most of the weapons discovered were destroyed by US Soldiers. Some like the stock pile of Sarin rockets at Al Muthanna were tasked to the Iraqi Army, which failed to destroy them, and now they are in the hands of ISIS.

The weapons had been manufactured prior to 1991 with the assistance of Spain, France and the US Army when Iraq was at war with Iran. The US Army has denied compensation to the wounded soldiers, and in almost all cases ordered them not to talk of the weapons on threat of imprisonment. The pentagon submitted falsified reports to congress on the WMD's to prevent congress from finding out American Soldiers are being Injured by Chemical Weapons the US Military helped produce.

Some of the service personnel injured have been able to get their chemical injuries classified as service connected, while most have not been successful. The military simply will not admit they screwed up and people were injured by it.

A majority of them were dismantled after the 1991 Persian-Gulf War.
