Hes in prison awaiting trial. About a month ago they officially charged him with 30 some counts of criminal doings. His trial should start within the next couple of months, depending on how many times his defense team asks to postpone.
No photos because his lawyers most likley have told him no contact with anyone and the media cant get to him where he is.
Pics of what? Him in jail? The bomber eating lunch? There is no reason to give this misfit any more publicity than he and his brother already received. He's in prison, waiting for court dates.
