Which it doesn't.
Different countries have different methods of generating electricity: coal, hydroelectric, nuclear, etc.
Different nations use different voltages, for pete's sake.
So there's no way to have a worldwide power blackout without the planet being hit by such a huge natural disaster that the lights going out would be the least of anyone's worries.
The 333 rule would prevail.
No air for 3 minutes you die.
No water for 3 days you die.
No food for 3 weeks you die.
No power for an extended period of time and all of western society would know first hand how the North Koreans live most of the time
Whole shitload of people born after, say, 1980, gonna be in big trouble.
There would be a population explosion in 9 months. :-)
im going to stock up with candles and matches.
I was wondering what would happen to us the people during a worldwide blackout (power outage)
What would work. Will there be lots of crime. How long will it take to restore power. What will happen with the government. What rule will we follow. The rich do they have a secreat hid out.
