Recycle. A lot of schools have recycle bins for paper outside for public use.
Use it as mulch in a garden
roll it into tight bundles for fireplace starters
shred it up for packing material

use it to stuff boots to keep them standing up
line a bird cage, hamster cage or keep it for puppy house training
it's excellent to clean windows - just spray vinegar or window cleaner on, then wipe dry with newspapers (professional window cleaners do this)
lay it over your windshield to prevent it from icing up
There's a ton of uses for old newspapers!
Hamster bedding, insulation, burn the adverts for a colourful fire show, dry shoes quickly when coming in from the rain, papier mache, donate to schools or nursing homes, make a collage, and roll up and tape the ends with beans inside for a rain stick.
Recycle.
Drop them off in the lounges of hospitals and nursing homes.
