ANYONE ELSE feeling Hurricane Sandy yet?

Posted at: 2015-04-20
I'm in NC and the winds are picking up STRONG out there, stronger as the night goes on..

Is anyone else feeling Sandy's creeping approach yet??

I'm in Pennsylvania, I guess we're suppose to get it here Early Monday until Tuesday. I'm wondering if it's going to be strong where I am. See living up here you usually don't get any sort of bad weather, with the exception of the once in 3 years foot or two snow storms. ( Please keep you and your family safe ) sending prayers!

I'm in NC also, I live at the foothills of the Appalachians. I haven't really noticed anything yet. There is a tiny faint breeze and it's getting a little cloudy but nothing else.

EDIT: apparently I'm going to miss it. Too bad it would be fun at a small intensity. Winds are supposed to peak at 18 mph around 2-4am but not rain or anything else. Good luck!

Not sure if this has anything to do with sandy but I'm in Central PA and we had some pretty heavy rain and our power was out for 20-25 minutes, and I still think some is out.

Northern rural Virginia here: the air here is still and scented strangely. The skies overcast in a strange, dark charcoal way. A cruious wind is disturbing the tops of the trees. We have already been declared a state of emergency. Huricane weather.

Here, in Central Florida, we had some strong wind and rain yesterday. Today is still gusty but the storm has passed.

Massachusetts...light rain, a little windy. The storm is not really expected to hit here until around midnight tonight, though of course that could change.

I'm also in N.C. in the mountains. We're expecting winds at 50 mph and snow/rain showers on the 30th.

I'm in Ohio, according to our weather system we won't be feeling hurricane Sandy until sometime this coming week like Tuesday-Ish.

i'm in massachusetts and we haven't gotten anything yet but we're supposed to get a tropical storm on monday and tuesday
