There will be a WWIII. It will be caused because humanity is possessed with an enormous hatred for ourselves and each other. The death toll will include the human population on earth. Every nation on earth will be involved. WWIII will be nuclear. There would be no need for allies. The "war" will be over in less than a day. Just the United States and Russia, alone, possess the capacity to incinerate every person on earth---17 times. Extinction of the human specie will be complete, total, and thorough. With current weapons systems, long after every person is dead, the nuclear missiles will continue to fly---until they have all been used.

I think there would be another war in the future

There could be many causes such another crazy leader like Hitler or other countries wanting to invade other countries etc.

The death toll depends on the kind of weapons used e.g. Nuclear warfare might kill 600 million

Most of Europe would be involved and so would America and maybe Asia since China is now a superpower

The weapons used would be terrible and would be able to cause tons of damage

You can never say who could be the allies or not

It might last for a couple of years just like WW1 and WW2

I hope WW3 never happens

If something happened like a major public figure was assassinated, I think that would trigger problems.

I'm not worried about it in immediate future, but we have problems that will only get worse in the future, mainly surrounding competition for scarce resources.

I don't know how this will be resolved as the UN seems ineffective. But it would help to get off oil. I think we could right now but those with investments in oil don't want it.

Another war will be nuclear and I don't think anyone in the civilized world wants that but some smaller countries that are backward and a mess now have nuclear technology. And sometimes you know where they have received these weapons from? Rich western nations, as we tried to play mind games with communists. It is now coming back to bite us.

I don't think China will start it. They will gain power through their own industry and their people are hard workers.
