Anyone got a good story on the JFK assassination?

Posted at: 2015-04-20
At the time I was about 8 years old and living in Kalgoorlie (Western Australia). I heard the news on a neighbours radio (no TV in those days). I remember my father coming home and being really upset - almost crying.

Of course I was too young to understand but I still remember my fathers reaction. Also his comment to my mother that JFK was a good bloke for a Septic.

I was just a thought at that time, but this hasn't prevented me from studying the various pieces of evidence that reeks of an inside job.

One video shows the head of security waving off the President's security detail, yet, they are hired to protect the POTUS with their own lives. Therefore, one would have to question the curious break of protocol that ended in JFK's assassination less than 45 seconds later.

Secondly, Governor Conally and his wife never ducked until the last shot (which was fired by the limo driver) and Conally could be heard saying "THEY'RE TRYING TO KILL US!"

"THEY" means more than one, correct?

Finally, (though there's more facts) watch the Zapruder Tapes...but don't watch JFK, study the actions of the two agents. They were calm cool and collective through-out, never bothering with any protective of evasive maneuvers until the dirty deed had been done!

Yes...They killed Kenny.....those Bastards!

I was going down to my Algebra class. I remember the exact step I was on and the long-legged "Paul Revere" announcing that "The President's been shot! The President's been shot!" as he loped up the risers three at a time. Here are some other interesting facts.

John Wilkes Booth was born in 1839.

Lee Harvey Oswald was born in 1939.

Abraham Lincoln was elected in 1860.

John F. Kennedy was elected in 1960.

Booth ran from a theater to a warehouse.

Oswald ran from a warehouse to a theater.

Lincoln's secretary was named Kennedy.

Kennedy's secretary was named Lincoln.

I know there are more "coincidences." (Yeah, right.)

Oh, and one more thing. When Jack Ruby shot Lee Oswald in the basement of the Dallas Police Department, Oswald reportedly said, "Jack, you son of a *****." They didn't know each other. (Yeah, right.)

Had JFK not been assassinated he would have died soon anyway.

He was really quite ill and he would certainly not have lasted another year.

I was nine years old and this assassination shocked the whole world.

I remember so many teachers and other adults openly crying that day.

It is still very much in doubt who really killed Kennedy, but I believe the CIA did this, for several reasons.........

JFK was taking an enormous quantity of strong medication for his various ilnesses and severe back pain, including cocktails of drugs mixed for him by a dubious character, Dr. Feelgood, otherwise known as Max Jackobson....These drugs severely affected his judgement.

The failed "Bay of Pigs" invasion of Cuba caused untold embarrassment to America, even though he tried to distance his government from this attack.

He also got himself into quite a few sexual scandals, including inviting young girls to the White-house, one of which turned out to be an East German KGB spy. This, together with other dubious sexual liasons, including his relationship with Marilyn Monroe, required tems of people to continuously cover up his activities.

His handling of the Cuba crisis in 1962 was quite callous, and damned near brought the world to an all out nuclear war. JFK is a hero in the eyes of the world because his "bluff" against the USSR paid off.

It has since been learned that this nuclear war was only averted because a Russian submarine captain dissobeyed orders when he surfaced his ship when surrounded by US warships. His orders had been to use his nuclear torpedoes if his submarine ever got into this situation.

Luckily for all of us, he considered his own children and grandchildren, and the families of his crew, who he discussed this awful decision with.... before he surfaced !

I believe the US secret service had simply had enough of JFK, and they assassinated him, but made sure the whole world continued to think of him as a hero !

Is this a good enough story ?

But I would be very careful if you chose to use this, because you will be damned by so many people in America for even suggesting such things. The hero worship of JFK in like an institution in the USA, any criticism of him whatsoever is regarded with absolute contempt.

But I don't live in America, and our media report much different things about the man as you get to hear. So many things have come to light about Kennedy, absolutely shocking things

I also used to worship JFK like everybody else, but now I'm really not so sure !

I was just in my mom's uterus and hangin on her ovaries.

For a school assignment, we need to find 10 people who are 49+ and can tell us what they were doing when they heard about the JFK assaisnation on november 22- 1963 and what their reaction towards it was. If anyone can help that be great. 10 points for the best story!
