Originally I thought the father could have done it but discarded that as evidence did not fit.
Facts are....
1.) The family was due for a ski vacation very early next morning.
2.) Parents didn't bed till midnight and so had only 6 hours sleep.
3.) It was the night of Xmas Day and the family had a normal Xmas (with tons of witnesses) up till midnight.
4.) They were rich parents with zero motive to murder their little daughter.
5.) A car and private jet was waiting to fly them to vacation in just 7 hours next morning along with guests.
6.) There was no history/ report of mistreatment of the child by the parents.
The 'Ransom Letter' (3 pages) is all about John Ramsey, the writer never uses and clearly doesn't even know the little girl victims name in his writing.
7.) The child was throttled (I mean strangled) at least 3 times by a specially made slipknot noose as told by the rings around her neck and her fingernail scratches dug into her skin. During her several strangulations she wet herself and was finished by a bash to the head that broke her skull.
8.) The police originally tried to say it was a mother and daughter bed wetting thing, the daughter fell down and hit her head (yawn), no parent would kill their child like what the facts show (sadistic/ fetish murder).
9.) I think a violent murderer who knew John Ramsey came into the house on Christmas to murder his kid.
I do not believe that the parents had anything to do with this crime. I do believe that it was someone close to the family, and knew JonBenet, I think this person waited in the home that night, wrote the "ransom" note, and hid when they arrived home. Someone gave JonBenet pineapple, and she ate it in the kitchen. She didn't raise any kind of alarm. Whoever did this hated Patsy Ramsey, and I think the crime was committed for that reason.

Why go over this case nearly 20 years later?
The police botched the investigation making it impossible to determine who the murderer was. End of story.
What is your take on her murder? Do you believe the parents had something to do with it? Was it an enemy of John Ramsey? Please try to back up your opinions with at least some facts, thanks.
