I would have to opt for Haiti, simply because Haiti is still trying to recover and rebuild from the effects of the destructive earthquake of 2010. Since then the country has been battered by yet more storms, and the continuing battles with disease, hunger and extreme poverty. And there's next year to come.

I could go on, but I think you get my point. Further to this , although the islands of the Caribbean such as Cuba, Jamaica etc. have been badly affected, they are in a much better position to recover than Haiti is.

Well I was in the storm in NY , And the biggest thing that affected me was my toilet got blocked and loads of **** wen't everywhere, My bathroom was covered in **** AND PISS

I had assumed America New york was the worst affected.I didnt know it had atruck anywhere else except Canada.

Jamaica.

I know NY is not the worst, I mean it wasn't even a hurricane when it hit them. I know Hati and Cuba are really badly affected.

I'd just be interested to know who's had the most damage done? I mean long-term Hati and Cuba are worse off but maybe short-tern American states are worse off. Thanks! x
