They came to the US on student visas but never showed up at their schools. Some of them took flight training courses in Florida. There was a website put up by UK Muslims called the magnificent 19 honoring them. Osama Bin Laden became a big hero in the Islamic world after 9/11 and immediately after many Muslims were dancing in the streets including Palestinians.
