Revival, Miracles in China during Bible Deliveries?

That first Love and faith that comes along with a new born babe in Christ. It is amazing. That part about the woman whose hair grew back reminded me of Corey Ten Boom's sister who was in a concentration camp along with Corey. She became sick and then died. She had lost her hair because of the lack of nutrition, and the sickness she had, but her faith was strong. She told Corey that they both would be freed before the New Year came upon them. She died and Corey was mistakenly set free only a few months before all the rest of the women were put to death. One sister went to be with the Lord and the other went out and preached the gospel until she died a very old woman. I remember too how Corey had gone to see her sister after she died and when they took the sheet off her face all of her hair had grown back long and to it's natural beautiful color. Oh how glorious our Lord is and the prayers of faith are always answered.

-Yes. God is ready to touch countries from all over the world. This was His condition of His coming.

Matthew 24:14 -New International Version

And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

-The word of God is powerful so wherever the word of God and his people is something must happen. In China that's the revival. God wants to save people (a good example is Jonah at Nineveh) by giving them a chance to know and choose Him everyday.

Hebrew 4:12

English Standard Version

For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

-The word of God is also the substance of God. It's Gods presence and where God steps mountains must tremble and marvelous things ought to take place.

John 1:1

English Standard Version

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Glory be to God for His work in China and all over the world!

Amen, and yes here happens things that I have not experienced when I lived in the western world. Still, China is in danger as the wealth grows more and more people have money as their god. Only way to prevent this is to show them the only and real God.

Cami, this reminds me of the Latter-Rain movement of the early 1900's when it began at Rev. Charles Parham's little Bible College in Topeka Kansas. From its beginnings it spread like wildfire to Texas and Los Angeles CA. It was a fulfillment of Acts 2:38, Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

The one incident that amazed me was testimony of three women who were witnessing on the street when a police officer stretched out his hand and ordered arrest them, His arm turned stiff in its stretched out position and he was not able to put it down or retract it. He went back to the police station and in desperation asked, 'What can I do?' Someone said, 'You must find a Christian to pray for you. The police took him back to the police station, women followed, prayed for him and instantly he was healed! Many other police officers were saved as a result of the courage of three women dedicated to preaching the truths of the Word of God. Jesus' sacrifice at Calvary, His death, burial, ressurection and His ascension to heaven. There are many testimonies but space does not allow the inclusion of the rest.

May God's blessings always be yours, gatita

Baptized in Jesus Name according to Acts 2:38

My faith in the One who died for me

Yes, it is true that a few dead people in China died an lived because they believed in the Bible.

You always have my support. Yes, it is a miracle that this is happening in Communist China!

It just shows you that if there is one kind of person on the planet who will readily take a copy of the bible it is the poor and uneducated.

I wonder why? (note sarcasm).

Revival, Miracles in China during Bible Deliveries

Teresa Neumann (Nov 28, 2012)

"When the miracles take place, there's a chance people will go to superstition unless they have a Bible to ground their faith. It was really a great blessing to hand a Bible to everyone in that church at the same time that they're in the midst of all this revival based on some of these miracles." -Barry Werner, Bibles for China

(China)—Barry Werner of Bibles for China recently traveled to that country to hand deliver 30,000 Bibles to rural believers. Though the number of Bibles was barely enough to make a dent in the enormous demand for the Word, a Revival nevertheless broke out with multiple conversions and healings, such as a boy born mute who regained his voice and a woman whose hair grew back after losing it decades ago.

According to a Mission Network News report, government officials were assigned to accompany Werner's team to every church they visited. (Image courtesy of Bibles for China)

The presence of the officials at first made the team "second-guess" the words they would publicly use, but in the end "they decided to speak exactly what God had laid upon their hearts." The end result was that two of the four officials showed interest in learning more about Jesus.

In fact, one of the officials was a high-level person who reportedly went to his supervisor first before accepting a Bible from the team. When he was granted permission he was "just overwhelmed" and clutched it to his chest upon receiving it.

The report notes that recipients of the Bible normally read it cover-to-cover within 6 weeks, and then pass it on to someone else.

Speaking about the emotions involved in distributing the Bibles, Werner said, "When you hand a Bible to a person who has never had one, that's where the emotional part is a little bit overwhelming at times."
