Unfortunately some bleeding heart will probably cause a mistrial. I doubt all 12 will find her guilty.
I think she knows exactly what she's doing. She intended to kill Travis. She reminds me alot of Casey Anthony. If either one is moving their lips they are lying. Jodi didn't have a bad childhood she is using that for the jury to feel sorry for her.
I do not think 2nd degree murder is an option in this case. She is charged with 1st degree premeditated murder and I believe will be found guilty. The only question is will she get death or life.

I would like to tell you(life without parole)and i hope that is what she gets.
But it only takes one to hang a jury.
The crime scene itself should be enough for her to get the needle,and she should,but i would be satisfied with life with out parole.
I dont think she will get the death penalty .But she will stay in prison for the rest of her life .look what she did to this poor man then try to make him look bad with all the stupid ship this nutty women is on the stand saying,
after all the bs thats happned over the couple of days... i think jodi will be found guilty of 2nd degree murder.. but i still think theres a chance for her to get life W/O parole
