I don't know where exactly you are but there is ALWAYS an October 31. This month has 31 days. Unless you are trying to avoid the nightmare that can be Halloween in some areas. Not so where we now live.

This year, October's days has been reduced to 30 days. This also causes Halloween to be on the 30th of October. If you search for an updated calender of this year, you should be able to find only 30 days.
