Think for a second. If there were such a power outage planned in your area, don't you think the power company would have told everyone? There'd be letters, postcards, and the local news would be covering it nonstop.

I live in West Texas and we have had problems the last to days with lack of power to outlets that normally power our appliances around 12 pm to 2 pm. Timing or just a local overload?
I doubt it, however it would be easier to find out if we knew what part of the country you are in.
Somebody told me the power is suppose to go out at 8 am to 2 pm , is it true ??
