Naughty naughty you. I get asked if I want that **** all the time because I smoke roll ups. Find the hardest, most violent pub in town. Go an sit near the youngest people in there. Roll a *** with just tobacco. You will probably get asked if you want some, otherwise roll one with them king size rizla you can buy anywhere. Someone will say, 'is that a spliff your rolling. you say, I wish, I can't get any' They will say, 'If you want some I can get you loads' Bingo you have a contact. Just don't be too obvious or they will think you are the police an beat you up.
Go to the local pub and carefully get to know a few people.
Not the trendy, flashing lights pubs that are ful of kids. Choose a local that always has customers and where there is a good age mix.
When they have drunk a few beers their mouths will loosen up a bit more.
There are smokers everywhere and they always hang out together, usually, most of these middle aged people will be, or have been smokers.
I never needed long to find out anything I wanted, and I've moved around all over Europe in the last 23 years.
I can spot smokers at a glance, they exude a different kind of aura.
Other people also sense the same in me.
Nowadays I hardly ever smoke, it is as if I've grown out of it, or just got bored with smoking.
In Lignano in Italy, I was shown a huge indoor plantation with 80,000 plants, after only meeting some of the people who were growing these the evening before.
A similar thing happened to me in Aschaffenberg in north Bayern, Germany, with a slightly smaller private plantation.
For some reason people don't feel threatened by me, they seem to sense that I'm ok.
