Is there anyone here who thinks smoking is bad for your health?
Even smokers agree consuming tobacco causes cancer & the best way to avoid developing cancer is to stop smoking.
Smoking around others is selfish but beware there are militant tobacco addicts out there, who will go to great lengthens to defend the indefensible.
If your anti smoking take a packet of cigarettes from your pocket, place them on the desk and then take a fit of coughing. Open your remarks with " I should not have to say anymore but I will" . Then procede with your argument.
If pro smoking start by saying I was a little nervous coming up here to speak but I had a nice relaxing smoke outside and I feel much better now.and procede
you should probably provide us more info, it is hard to tell what you need because a smoking debate could be many things.
Eg. i am doing a school assingment, we have to write a debate about why smoking is bad for you but i don't knw how to start it?
Cancer is a good start. Seems like a silly debate. Everyone knows that smoking is not good for you.
If its smolder person ask them if they tried it as a teenager. Or if they believe it should be legalized. Like me. If its a young person just straight up ask if they smoke. If they say no, ask why and debate away. If they do. You just found a new smoking buddy (:
