You must be kidding!! Why do you think there is mass immigration to the Western countries? Because of their life style and their need to come out of their desperate behaviour - aka "culture" - and that includes cleanliness of washrooms, disrespect in traffic Laws, respect for human rights, and in one word: civilization.
You might think this is unkind, yet it is the Truth. Only when you leave and look back to where we may all come from, we are barbarians living in the jungle, until we accept there must be some kind of Law and Order in this society of ours. It just does not come with 'money' alone.
Sadly, many of our own cities are being changed - as we speak - by these 'cultures' of darkness and backwardness. Unfortunately, there is little advice I could give you...
I am from chennai and there s a tea shop next to my house, which they converted to a open hotel. This is a residential area and the hotel is situated between the houses.These hotel people are really annoying. Early in the morning i.e., by 5:30 they start with their cooking and the cooker whistles and dropping of the vessels are so loud that I can't sleep and this will happen till night. I have told them many times and the tea shop owner is least bothered and speaks harshly.
Please let me know how to solve this problem and where can I lodge a complaint against this.
