Germany was burning through resources to take over England and then decided to open a 2nd front with Russia? With winter coming? That pretty much spelled the end of Germany right there.
Then there's the fact that Germany ignored what Japan was doing, and ended up bringing the industrial might of the United States to bear against Germany which had already been on a war footing for 6 or 7 years. The Americans were fresh, and their factories were safe from enemy bombers on both coasts.
These two things combined meant it was only a matter of time for Germany.

They were racing to develop the atom bomb before the US did and had they done that they would have launched against the western hemisphere and the US would have had to surrender and this would be NAZI America.
