India is home a a third of the world's poor and parts of our country are poorer than even many sub-Saharan nations. But there is a rich elite who are extremely wealthy. Go through history and you'll find that this is when a revolution takes place in a country and it sees prosperity if the revolution is won. France. Russia, China etc are bright examples.
You can already see that there are many armed groups in India that are fighting the government. Among this, I'd say that Maoists have the most chance to overthrow the corrupt government and lead India to an era of prosperity. Why? Because Maoists are the only party who are actively opposing the stealing of minerals and other wealth from our country. They are the only true secular group that denounce all religions, but supports all oppressed communities. They are the only one who build everything from hospitals to schools and canals in their liberated zones.
When we common people only shout and cry about so many people being unjustly treated, starved or murdered, the Maoists actually do something that benefits them. That is why I think within 10-15 years they will grow very strong, overthrow the government and create a democratic and non-corrupt India.
Damn! Man that is an important question.
